Estimate request privacy
This demonstration is for fictional or explicitly approved synthetic details. Do not submit real customer information, passwords, payment-card details or authenticator secrets.
Information used for a request
When submission is enabled and you submit, the application handles your contact details, property address, service and schedule preferences, project/access notes, and any photos you choose. A receipt and request identity support confirmation, retry protection and review. Your draft is not a confirmed appointment or an accepted estimate.
Services involved
Supabase handles submitted request data and private application storage. Cloudflare performs browser-signal bot checks. Resend processes confirmation and business-notification emails, including the recipient and message content. Verification and service operation also use bounded request/security metadata. These services process data for their respective functions; this notice does not claim that no data leaves your device.
Selected photos are prepared in a browser worker before submission. Server-side validation and controlled normalization are required before an uploaded image is accepted. A failed upload is not silently treated as a successful request. The website does not request continuous background location tracking, camera or microphone access through browser APIs.
Links, payments and routing
Confirmation and estimate links are private capabilities: share them only with the intended person. Avoid putting those links in support messages or screenshots. Returning from a payment provider does not prove a successful payment; only authoritative processing can update payment state. Routing has its own terms and privacy notice.
Access and retention
Access follows the business and account permissions enforced by the application. Data retention and removal depend on the applicable business workflow, preservation requirements, provider records and backups. A closed account or an expired link does not promise immediate deletion of every copy. No specific universal retention period is promised here.
For a request or data correction, use the business's published contact method and provide only the nonsecret request reference. Never send an authentication token, password, private export or payment-card details.
